- Apply to join as a Sentinel Guild member. You will need to provide your full name, email address, country of residence, LinkedIn profile (if any), and resume.
- Connect with a Sentinel Guild team member - discuss what you're looking for, your desired rate, current engagements, future availability, and verify any security certifications
- Meet with a Sentinel Guild technical screener for 30-45 minute interview
- Provide 2-3 references (current or former coworkers and employers)
After you pass the screening process, Sentinel Guild will create your member profile.
Joining Sentinel Guild is free – we do not charge our members any fees.
We handle all administrative aspects and connect you with high-quality projects, ensuring you focus on delivering excellence. We get paid when you do, by adding our margin on top of your rate.
Yes, Sentinel Guild members have the flexibility to choose projects that align with their skills, interests, and availability. Our platform presents you with opportunities, but the final choice is yours.
We collaborate closely with our clients to understand their specific needs. Once we have the role requirements, our talent experts identify and shortlist Sentinel Guild members who are an ideal fit.
If you agree to be considered for the position, we oversee the entire hiring process, including introductions, interview scheduling, and the completion of legal paperwork, payment setup, and contracts.
There are two main types of contracts: flexible and fixed. On a flexible contract, you bill for the number of hours worked. For a fixed contract, you will be paid for a fixed number of hours per week agreed upon in advance.
Payments are generated biweekly, paid via a global payroll platform and are in US Dollars.
